Good morning it is 5 30 and that means Time to get up and time to head over to The gym so Let’s go work out [Music] [Music] That was a great workout But it is double up day for me which Means I’m gonna squeeze in a little Three three and a half mile run let’s go My last part of my 5 30 a.m workout Routine just cold water therapy three Minutes in the pool and then we’re off To work not my favorite part but How to do it [Music]
